Arrow

⌎ Making an Unrivalled Experience

Designed while at Nzime

Objective

Redesign the Arrow identity allowing them to sit confidently alongside competitors. Develop the online experience, integrating a new user journey that explains and promotes the bespoke product offering.

Role

I was responsible for the end-to-end design of the new identity and online experience, working with the head of design, and development team, communicating with client stakeholders throughout.

  • Brand identity

  • Enhance User Journey

  • Wireframe / Prototype

  • Stakeholder presentation

  • Developer handover

  • Site review

Design

Developing the Arrow identity I utilised their original identity, integrating the angles from their original mark, while a new colour palette and choice of typography modernised the identity without alienating their audience.

Kick starting the online experience I worked with the head of design to outline the sitemap, defining the user journey and objective of the site.

Developing the site wireframe we utilised user research to inform our decision to push each customer to get in touch with the aim to focus on increasing bespoke product enquiries.

We also integrated a tiered information system, outlining each product and educating the benefit of each bespoke component.

I regularly presented to the client stakeholder team throughout the project developing my communication and presentation skill set.

With this being the first project I was responsible for I was able to take a user focused approach, keeping constant consideration on user need. Maintaining expectation I have also learnt how to approach unexpected change within a project, and strengthened crucial decision making.

Outcome

Having rolled out the Arrow identity and launched their online experience, Arrow are now sitting confidently alongside competition.
