Working on the Foster Industrial experience review, I took time to check and advise on each page of the site, developing an in depth presentation, which was used to highlight each area of improvement.

We utilised a traffic light system to share feedback, providing in depth page and component feedback.

Each finding was then outlined, prioritising eight opportunities for enhancement, allowing us to share the work with client stakeholders effectively, while gaining positive feedback.

During this project, I learnt how to prioritise each issue, utilising the traffic light system to outline each improvement. While understanding the user perspective helped in taking a user-centric approach toward feedback. Documentation has also aided in the development of both my communication and presentation skill set, allowing our client team to easily understand and share work with the client stakeholders.
