Background
Trusted on the water for more than 40 years Gill did not start as a brand or business, it started as a solution to find better more capable sailing clothing using the best fabrics possible.
Objective
Produce a series of social content for Gill Fishing, focus on their new product range and the technology integrated into their clothing.
Role
I was responsible for creating a variety of social content, setting out content style before populating with content, during this time feedback was provided by our head of design.

When working on the social content for Gill it was important to showcase visually the various products, in addition to this we wanted to highlight key information regarding each of the products and lines.
We included the various technology utilised in each piece of clothing, and wove in various quotes from competitive fishers that Gill sponsor.
In addition to content focused on the various product lines, we also create separate content surrounding the technology and competitive fishers, this allowed us to create a diverse range of content that educated their audience and explored the various benefits from each product line.
Gill Fishing were able to successfully introduce a new line of products, while gaining higher post engagement. In addition to this we highlighted and explained key technology utilised throughout each product range.
